The bizarre bloodbath was discovered after the 46-year-old Ocean City, N.J., man called 911 at 4 p.m. on Dec. 8 and coolly told the horrified dispatcher "he ENTAL Jeffrey butchered mess Surgent his suffers from a mental illness, and he just killed his mother," according to a police report.
