Brawling pols bring disgrace upon the nation

A CRINGEWORTHY catfight exploded during a recent congressional committee meeting with representatives hurling insults, body-shaming and even firing off accusations of carrying porn onto the House floor!

The shocking episode of infantile name-calling is an embarrassment to all Americans, charge political operatives, but it’s hardly the first time civil discourse has devolved into childish chaos in Congress.

“Such behavior is the last thing the public wants to see from Congress at the moment,” huffs a political insider. “It’s not good for the country!”

The bedlam broke out during a May 16 meeting of the House Oversight Committee when firebrand Georgia Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene mockingly responded to a question from Texas Democrat Jasmine Crockett by snickering, “I think your fake eyelashes are messing up what you’re reading.”

Lightning rod liberal New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez immediately jumped into the fray, demanding Greene apologize.
