"With the days getting longer and the weather becoming more stable and pleasant, many people use springtime as a spring clean both in their homes and their lifestyle," says psychologist Dr Rachael Molitor. "Many of us feel low moods in the winter, but spring offers a positive time to look forward to the lighter, warmer days to come. For many of us, new year's resolutions have gone by the wayside, but spring serves as an opportunity to make long-lasting changes to our health and wellbeing."
