They haven’t seen eye to eye for years following the end of their marriage in 2018, but it seems Lisa Armstrong and Ant McPartlin may have finally buried the hatchet.
Last week, Strictly Come Dancing make-up artist Lisa displayed a rare show of support for her ex-husband when she was spotted liking one of his Instagram posts. It showed Ant posing with his dogs – including their shared chocolate labrador, Hurley – to mark International Dog Day.
And a source has told new that, following a recent trip to Los Angeles, Lisa, 47, has come home feeling more content than ever and she no longer wants any tension with Ant.
“Lisa feels like a different person since getting back from LA – it was just what she needed,” said the source. “She spent a couple of weeks with her best friend and former bandmate, Craig Robert Young, and they spent the whole time laughing together and trying to forget any worries and stress. He’s made her smile again.
“Since getting back, Lisa feels a lot more at ease with things as she starts work on Strictly again. And one of the first things she did was show that any animosity between her and Ant has gone by liking an Instagram post he put up, which included their dog Hurley.
