As Prince Harry prepares for a visit to the UK, he is said to be keen on a reconciliation with the Prince and Princess of Wales, following the news of sister-in-law Kate’s cancer diagnosis. However, a source has claimed that his wife
Meghan Markle is worried about Harry attempting to reunite with his family and is concerned he will regret the decision. Harry will be flying to the UK next month for a special service to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games at St Paul’s Cathedral.
“Meghan knows she is facing a losing battle when it comes to Harry reaching out to Kate and William to try and sort through their differences, but she thinks he’s making a big mistake. She obviously feels sympathy for Kate and what she’s going through, but in her mind it doesn’t change things,” claimed the source.
Kate, 42, revealed in a video message last month that she is undergoing preventative chemotherapy for an undisclosed type of cancer, following abdominal surgery earlier this year. As she recovers with William and their children George, 10, Charlotte, eight, and Louis, five, by her side, the news is said to have sparked Harry to reach out and make amends so he can be there for the couple. King Charles also revealed his cancer diagnosis earlier this year, which saw Harry fly to the UK to visit his father but return home less than 24 hours later.
