When Jo Johnson's baby son Zachary died just a day after being born, her world imploded. "He was born at full term and had nothing wrong with him, but he was starved of oxygen during the delivery," she explains of the devastating loss in October 2016.
How do you begin to deal with such grief? "It never gets easier," says Jo, who was left anxious and struggling with social situations. "I wouldn't go anywhere without a member of my family or a friend."
When Jo's daughter Ellie, now 10, decided she wanted to play football, Jo signed her up for Wyrley Juniors.
