JENNIFER LOPE

When it comes to wellness, the triple threat, 53, doesn't mess around: Her diet consists of whole, unprocessed foods (breakfast is a protein shake, lunch is a hearty kale salad and dinner is a lean meat with veggies and quinoa or sweet potatoes) and she hits the gym regularly. "Very rarely will I skip my workout," Lopez told Us. It shows!

JESSICA BIEL

The 40-year-old Sinner actress is all about balance. For exercise, she alternates between yoga and circuit training, and while she sticks to healthy options like fish and fruits and vegetables from her home garden, she also leaves room for indulgences. "I like to eat clean," she shared, "[but] don't get me wrong, I like my cheat days - and I go big."

LUPITA NYONG'O

The Oscar winner, 39, trained rigorously for her turn in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, doing intense underwater workouts with weights and loading up on pro tein, lean meats and fresh fruit and veggies. Her go-to snacks include cashews, hummus and berries, and her fave sips are pineapple juice and lemongrass tea

RITA ORA

"I really enjoy working out," Ora, 32, tells Us. "My favorites are circuit-based workouts; I usually do those for an hour or two as many times a week as I can." A source says the stunning songstress eats mainly protein (like eggs, chicken and fish) and veggies and nixes sugar and bread: "That's made a huge difference.
