What is the importance of sports in a child's development? Coordination between physical (musculoskeletal), mental (neurological) and other body systems is essential in all aspects of our life processes. Sports activities can trigger balanced development right from childhood.
In an academic curriculum, how important is sports?
A well-planned curriculum that is graded for different age groups will helo develop disciplined and healthy citizens. Sadly, many schools do not even have a playground or qualified physical education teachers. These are the issues that have to be taken up on priority for any sports programme to be implemented and launched successfully.
