
Adapted from Bernardine Evaristo’s novel, London-set eight-part drama Mr Loverman stars Lennie James as Antigua-born pensioner Barrington ‘Barry’ Jedidiah Walker. Barry’s unhappily married to Carmel (Sharon D. Clarke) and has been having a long- standing affair with his best friend Morris (Ariyon Bakare).
Tamara Lawrance and Sharlene Whyte play Barry’s daughters Maxine and Donna, and Tahj Miles is his grandson Daniel.
