CREAMY BACON-CHEDDAR SPREAD
My mom was famous for her bacon dip. We love it with celery sticks or crackers, or slathered on a sandwich! —Lynette Abderhalden, Salem, OR

Makes: 16 servings (2 cups)
1 pkg. ( 8 oz. ) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped almonds
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder
In a small bowl, beat all ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour before serving.

4 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
2 cups white vinegar
4 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground mace
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
