ON THE NIGHT OF 1 FEBRUARY, fans in Kuala Lumpur celebrated the arrival of global icon David Beckham. As the brand ambassador for Tudor, the British star accommodated attendees through the watch brand’s exclusive event at Sentul Depot. This was also a celebration of Beckham and Tudor’s longstanding partnership.
The theme of the night, ‘Beckham’s Born To Dare Journey with Tudor’, beautifully encapsulated the football legend’s association with the brand, expressing their mutual commitment to always finding new and daring boundaries.
Beckham’s presence at the event certainly brought many smiles and anticipation, with no shortage of cheers from the crowd. The event also celebrates the TUDOR Black Bay Burgundy, a statement piece that has been
Master Chronometer-certified by the Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS), which was also worn by the British icon at the time.
Over 250 friends of Tudor joined the starstudded night, enjoying conversations over scrumptious canapes and refreshments by Beta KL. Besides that, the setup included elements that allowed guests to imagine the new Tudor Manufacture from the eyes of Beckham, whom was lucky enough to be one of the very first to visit. Situated in Le Locle, Switzerland, the brand’s new watch Manufacture meticulously assembles and rigorously tests each TUDOR timepiece to meet its superior standards.
Guests were also given the opportunity to step into the shoes of a Tudor watchmaker by donning the official watchmaker’s coat and learning about the TUDOR Black Bay, Master
