"Recognising the challenges faced by both young entrants into the workforce and industries across sectors, our goal is to match skills to demand. As Goa's leading tourism player, IHCL is proud to shoulder this commitment. Our belief in sustainable growth is deeply rooted in our legacy, aligned with diversity, excellence, and positive outcomes. This initiative to train 100,000 skilled youth by 2030 further strengthens our objective of 'Paathya' to promote economic growth while maintaining social and environmental impact," he said.
