RICKY Korboa struck twice for Woking to bring an end to Hartlepool United’s 100 per cent record.

KORBOA IS CARDS' NEW HERO

The forward – who has never hit more than two league goals in a season since leaving Isthmian League side Carshalton Athletic three years ago – took his tally to three with a deadly double just after half-time.

Those goals, which Pools will be frustrated with, lifted the Cards up into the fourth position that their hosts had occupied before the start of the game; extending their unbeaten run to five matches in the process.

But Hartlepool, who have lost a few key players to long term injuries since a strong start to life back in the National League, couldn’t find a response on an afternoon when boos and frustration rang out.

Woking boss Darren Sarll said: “Ricky is one of the players who is so popular in the dressing room. We are really pleased for him. He is a smashing chap.
