In the photo, Alli, who turns 27 today, is sitting with two others and wears a white vest and dark baseball cap.
An orange inflated balloon is hanging from his mouth, and on the table in front of him appears to be three large canisters of nitrous oxide, also known as "hippy crack", which is not illegal.
