DANNY CARE has revealed the secret to his longevity eating whatever he likes and not being a slave to the gym.
The scrum-half will win his 99th cap against Scotland on Saturday and is set to raise his bat for his century against Ireland in a fortnight at Twickenham.
The 37-year-old made his debut off the bench against New Zealand in Auckland in 2008 when current England boss Steve Borthwick was his captain and assistant coach Richard Wigglesworth was starting at No.9.
Apart from Care, Mike Brown (circled) at Leicester is the only member of that 23 playing top level rugby - but Care is still doing it at international level.
Some players, such as Jonny May, kept going with endless stretching and modern-day stars are pumping endless iron and eating the right things.
But Care has done it his way.
