NICOLA Sturgeon branded the disgraced ex-PM Boris Johnson "a f***ing clown" in WhatsApp messages.
The former First Minister's colourful language in a private discussion with an aide came as Mr Johnson announced a second national lockdown in October 2020.
In the messages uncovered by the Covid Inquiry, Ms. Sturgeon slammed his address to the nation.
Her chief of staff Liz Lloyd wrote that he was using "15 minutes between the rugby and Strictly to lock the country up".
