RACHEL DALY broke off from an interview to marvel once again at Lauren James' stunning goal against China.

"Sorry," she said looking over at a TV monitor, "I just want to watch LJ's goal again. Wow."

James' first of a double - a first-time strike, taken with her right foot from outside the area as the ball ran across her stood out in the 6-1 thumping of the Chinese.

And it was a victory that breathed new life into the Lionesses' World Cup campaign.
