EDWARD Oldfield has spent 20 years appearing on TV gameshows, and all he has to show for it is an elephant costume.
TV's unluckiest contestant has played for big money on shows including The Weakest Link and Tipping Point, among his 50 TV appearances.
But the big prizes have always evaded his grasp. "I don't know why - I think it's just bad luck," he said.
"There's been times where I've been able to smell the money, but never won it.
