IT'S no wonder Kate looks great in this green suit - fashion is in the fabric of her family.
The Princess of Wales looked radiant as she toured a textile mill her family had owned until 65 years ago. It made cloth for the Irish Guards uniform Wills wore on their 2011 wedding day.
Wearing heels and gold jewellery to match her Burberry suit, Kate grabbed handfuls of freshly woven merino wool fabric and said: "I love the feel of it and the smell of it."
The mill, AW Hainsworth in Pudsey, West Yorks, supplies the likes of Chanel, Burberry and Gucci.
It also makes fabric for the uniforms of guardsmen outside Buckingham Palace and for the jacket worn by Prince Louis at King Charles' coronation in May.
