OWEN FARRELL'S Saracens career could be over after the fly-half was sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Farrell will miss today's do-or-die last-16 Champions Cup clash at Bordeaux-Begles and faces a race to end his stint with the Londoners on his own terms.
The 32-year-old went off after 69 minutes of last Friday's 41-30 defeat to Northampton with director of rugby Mark McCall dismissing his early exit as "hamstring awareness".
But that has escalated and the club now say Farrell will out for a "few weeks" as the run-in, with Saracens competing in two competitions, builds up.
