Sandwich-maker Tonks has a tasty throw and he aims to make a meal of struggling Spurs when they face minnows Tamworth on Sunday

TOM TONKS sells sandwiches for a living - and he wants Tottenham on toast in the FA Cup third round.

The midfielder with a goal-den arm has already gone viral this season for his long throw-ins.

His antics in helping defeat Huddersfield Town in the first round - when one of his trademark throws was fumbled into the net by Terriers keeper Chris Maxwell for the Lambs' winner - have been the talk of his sandwich round in Wolverhampton.

He said: "It's gone mad after what happened against Huddersfield - crazy.

"Everyone keeps coming up to me saying, 'I didn't know you were this good at football'. The other one I get is, 'I didn't know you could throw it that far'.

"I suppose it's the power of the media.

"Television and particularly social media. It's gone mad after the Huddersfield game. People keep sending me memes off TikTok of my throws - I'm not even on it!
