ANTHONY GORDON insists he is ready for an England Euros call-up driven to new heights by yoga and meditation.

The Newcastle winger reckons his versatility can put him on a par with Marcus Rashford, Phil Foden and Jack Grealish when boss Gareth Southgate is searching for a winning formula in Germany.

Gordon has risen to new levels this season, with 10 goals and eight assists on Tyneside and stayed injury-free - because he AVOIDS the gym.

Instead, he has harnessed the power of yoga, stretching, controlled breathing and visualisation to keep his body in top condition.

Gordon is hoping to fire the Toon into Europe with a top-six or seven finish, starting against Crystal Palace tonight, before going to Germany.
