A MAN who witnessed a horror flat blaze that left two women dead told of the moment firefighters rescued a baby out of a window.
a The fire crew saved the tot as the blaze ripped through the f property in Aberdeen just after t 6pm on Monday.
The witness said: "A baby was passed out the window of one of the flats that was higher up in the block to firefighters on a ladder. It was an incredible moment." Another resident added: "There's a sheet over the window of a ground-floor flat and the police are still there.
"It's very sad." E 2 L 44 Police Scotland confirmed that the youngster was rushed a to hospital as a precaution and r has since been released. But two f women were pronounced dead a at the scene, while a further five people required medical treatment.
A probe into the cause of the fatal blaze has been launched but there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
