DANTE POLVARA was a setpiece specialist when he was injured and now he's back he wants to make sure Aberdeen turn the corner on the field.
The Dons haven't won in their last six and that is something they will be looking to rectify at Kilmarnock today.
Polvara has missed a large chunk of the season with a hamstring problem and during his rehab boss Jimmy Thelin used him to come up with plays for attacking corners and set-plays.
The American midfielder has returned just as the Dons have lost form and he joked that is merely a coincidence.
Polvara said: "I was just hoping it [the winning run] would keep going and then I showed up and I messed it all up.
"If anyone wants to blame anybody, it's me. I'll take that one on the chin.
"Hopefully we turn it around now. We're still in a good place but you can't just keep falling back on that.
"It's time to start getting some wins on the board again. I look forward to this next game."
