AN AIRBNB devastated owner was left after puppy breeders trashed her pristine Highland holiday home.

Tracey Parsons hit out after she discovered two litters of "emaciated" golden retrievers - 15 in total- and a trail of damage at her holiday let in the Torbreck area of Inverness.

The 55-year-old returned to the address after receiving a call of concern from one of her neighbours just three days into the renter's 10-day stay.

When she arrived on Tuesday, she and her husband were met with a "putrid" smell, with poo and pee on the floors, including "up every wall in the cottage".

A young couple intent on buying one of the pups, which were being sold online for £1500 each, were waiting outside.
