A SCOTS singer last night took to the stage as the opening act for Take That - after presenter Ross King heard him performing in a hotel bar before the show.
Ross was having a drink in the Radisson before the show at Glasgow's Ovo Hydro when news broke that Olly Murs's flight from London had been cancelled and he couldn't open the show.
At that moment Daniel Rooney was playing in the bar of the hotel.
