Animal abuser drove over bicycle to get man back for shopping him

A MAN who attacked dogs at his home took revenge on a neighbour who reported him by running over a child's bike in his car.

Animal abuser Steven Brown was taken away in handcuffs by police after neighbour John Greechan told the SSPCA about the way he was treating dogs at his "house of horrors" flat.

Brown who had four Chihuahuas and other dogs at his home in Ashgill, Lanarkshire was later banned from keeping animals for five years and put on an electronic tag for his crimes.

The Daily Record revealed on Monday how Brown was later forced to leave his home after neighbours told him he was no longer welcome in Prospect Drive due to his violence towards the dogs.
