Trio appear in court after break-in probe

FIRST MINISTER'S BROTHER-IN-LAW ON HEROIN & COCAINE CHARGES

THE First Minister’s brother-in-law has appeared in court accused of being concerned in the supply of heroin worth more than £6000.

Ramsay El-Nakla, 36, was allegedly caught dealing the class A drug along with two other people at an address in Dundee last Thursday.

El-Nakla spent the weekend in custody before appearing on a three-charge petition at the city’s sheriff court.

They were also alleged to have crack cocaine and cannabis. Stephen Stewart, 50, and Victoria McGowan, 41, both of Dundee, also appeared to face identical charges.

They are all alleged to have been concerned in the supply of heroin at 12F Balmoral Gardens in the city on Thursday night when police raided the property.
