A MULTI-millionaire Tory MSP claimed a £129 hotel room on expenses after he lost the keys to his flat.
Edward Mountain initially billed the taxpayer for his one-night stay at the Holyrood Hotel - a stone's throw from the Scottish Parliament - last March.
The Highlands MSP is a landowner in Moray and co-owns two profitable fishing and farming businesses.
One SNP councillor criticised Mountain for claiming the room on expenses.
