GARY ANDERSON insists Scotland's oche old boys are going nowhere.
The Tartan hero and partner Peter Wright kick-off their bid for a second World Cup title today in Frankfurt.
Anderson and Wright triumphed five years ago and, having also reached three finals, are back for another crack.
With a combined age of 107, the Scots are having to stave off the young guns.
But Anderson, the junior of the duo at 53, is adamant he and Wright will keep pushing on and continue to defy their years whilst carrying the Saltire for their country.
He said: "If we're still playing darts we'll be in it for the next 10 years. I don't think there's anyone to take over from us yet.
"Peter says he'll retire but he won't, it's in his blood.
"We play well together. The old boy can still play.
"When they all wind me up I'm going to do my damndest to prove them all wrong.
