HEARTBROKEN Andy Murray admitted he can't wait until his glittering career is over.
But bowing out how he wants to was last night dealt a blow as the Scot confirmed he'll be sidelined for "an extended period" after suffering an ankle injury.
The Brit played his final ever match at the Miami Open on Sunday, going down 5-7 7-5 7-6(5) to Czech Tomas Machac.
Murray gave an emotional goodbye to the tournament he has won on two occasions.
He said: "I wasn't thinking about all the matches I played. Just more that that's the last match that I'm going play here which is sad because I love it here.
