KEIR: WE'LL GET 135,000 SCOTS BACK TO WORK

His Government revealed the extent of worklessness among those classed "economically inactive" across the UK in the House of Commons yesterday.

Labour Work and Pensions Secretary Liz Kendall said those who "can work, must work" as she set out an overhaul of the welfare system aimed at getting people back to work after suffering from long-term illness.

Kendall claimed the Tories had failed to create "good jobs in every part of the country, to deliver on the NHS and to properly reform welfare".
