THE King has been urged by a young royal fan who sent him a get well soon card to "never give up", following his cancer diagnosis.
Thousands of well-wishers have sent Charles personal messages of hope after it was revealed he is suffering from the disease.
The 75-year-old monarch this week confessed to the Prime Minister during their weekly audience that the outpouring of support "brings me to tears"
Buckingham Palace said the King had taken great comfort in receiving the heartfelt messages, adding: "They have also been a source of frequent laughter and good cheer".
In a new video posted last night on the royals' social media channels, Charles is pictured sitting at a desk in a room in Buckingham Palace's Belgian Suite.
