THE Hives feared they were finished in the 11year wait for new music – but didn’t know what else they should do.
Famed for hits including Hate To Say I Told You So, The Hives are back with new album The Death Of Randy Fitzsimmons, having struggled with writers’ block and the departure of bassist Dr Matt Destruction through ill health.
Singer Pelle Almqvist told me: “We definitely thought The Hives was over for a while.
