CASEMIRO: WE ARE READY TO STEP RIGHT UP

CASEMIRO remains convinced Manchester United are on the right path under Erik ten Hag and will build on last season’s progress.

United finished third last term, ensuring an immediate return to the Champions League, with Ten Hag also ending their six-year wait for a trophy by winning the League Cup.

Ten Hag has beefed up his squad with the additions of midfielder Mason Mount and goalkeeper Andre Onana, with the club confident they will add a striker before the season starts.

Against that backdrop, and following United’s improvement last season, Brazil star Casemiro believes Ten Hag can lead the club to a new era of glory. “We’re growing, we are evolving,” said Casemiro.
