'Studio flat for rent, all mod cons-ervatories'

'Studio flat for rent, all mod cons-ervatories'

But should they try to rent them out as studio flats? A property listing in Manchester has caused a stir after appearing to offer a bed inside a conservatory as a 'studio flat' for £1,250 a month.

Located in Victoria Park, near to the city centre, the room advertised on online letting agent OpenRent looks more like a summerhouse than it does a flat with its exposed brick walls and glass roof.

For your money you'll apparently get a room with barely enough space to feature a double bed, leather sofa, a desk and chair, and a chest of drawers.

But there is no self-contained kitchen or bathroom.
