After adding an individual medley silver to his stash of medals – now two gold and six silver – Scott moved level with cycling knight rider Sir Bradley Wiggins in Britain’s all-time list of multi-medallists.
Scott overtook fellow Scot Sir Chris Hoy, but the Alloa man modestly claims his numbers don’t add up to greatness.
He said: “I’m in a completely different bracket to those guys. They have come into the Olympics and absolutely dominated – Sir Jason Kenny, Sir Chris Hoy and others.
“You guys can compare the medals by numbers, but don’t put me in comparison to these guys.
