Gayatri Sawant, a resident of Hadapsar said, "I went for a walk in the evening and we saw stalls popping near the footpath in the Kale Padel area. These stalls cause a lot of hindrance to walkers and also create traffic congestion. The authority should take some strict actions against illegal firecracker stalls."
