The Kapoor family, a renowned name in Bollywood, is known for their extravagant celebrations and strong family bonds. Christmas is no exception. Every year, the Kapoor clan gathers for a grand Christmas brunch at Shashi Kapoor and Jennifer Kendall Kapoor's eldest son Kunal Kapoor's home at Juhu, a tradition that has been passed down through generations.
The Kapoor Christmas brunch is a much-anticipated event, where the family comes together to celebrate the festive season. The preparations for the event begin weeks in advance, with the menu meticulously planned and the decorations meticulously arranged.
The festive spirit is palpable, with the house adorned with twinkling lights, Christmas trees, and colorful ornaments.
"Christmas has always been a special time for us," says Karisma Kapoor, a prominent member of the Kapoor family. "It's a time to come together, share laughter, and create lasting memories."
The brunch itself is a feast for the senses, with a sumptuous spread of delicacies, both Indian and international.
The dinner table is a sight to behold, adorned with a lavish spread of Christmas delicacies. Candelabra cast a warm glow, illuminating the table set with goblets, elegant cutlery, and vibrant floral arrangements. The centerpiece was a succulent roasted turkey, accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes, a refreshing spinach salad, and tender Brussels sprouts. And to round off the feast, a decadent chocolate cake.
"The food is always amazing," adds Ranbir Kapoor, a younger generation member of the family. "We have a variety of dishes, and everyone gets to indulge in their favorite food."
The festive atmosphere is further enhanced by the presence of music, laughter, and the joy of togetherness. The family members, young and old, engage in fun activities like games, singing, and dancing.
