Ponsot’s experience of over 40 years in Burgundy led him to know some of the best growers who produce grapes with amazing quality crucial for crafting their haute couture wines.
Txanton brought Ponsot to Manila for a special Master Class at The Keep at Shangri-la at The Fort in Taguig City. Txanton General manager Besay Gonzalez welcomed only 14 wine enthusiasts for this intimate event.
