DISCORD OVER NITISH NAME AS I.N.D.I.A CONVENER

Sources say that Pawar, Mamata and Kejriwal are not sure about the Bihar CM's plans.

After the fourth meeting of the I.N.D.I.A bloc, apparently, leaders such as Sharad Pawar (NCP), Mamata Banerjee (TMC) and Arvind Kejriwal (AAP) have developed trust deficit towards Nitish Kumar. Sources claim the three leaders may not be in agreement with the other leaders about his ascension as the convener of the bloc.

Nitish too is unhappy for not being given a senior role in the alliance as he believes it was largely because of his efforts that the alliance has taken shape. He knows that he is in the last leg of his career, hence would like to retire with a position that matches his stature. The reflection of his unhappiness was seen when JD(U) leader Sunil Kumar Pintu took a swipe at the Congress by saying there were no samosas at the I.N.D.I.A meeting as donations from the Congress' crowdfunding campaign were yet to come in.
