Lady Susan Hussey has been given the green light to attend, weeks after she resigned over her comments to Black charity boss Ngozi Fulani in November.
Lady Susan, 83, godmother to Prince William, repeatedly asked Ms Fulani where she was "really from" at a Buckingham Palace reception.
