TOP KEIR

KEIR Starmer will kick off his premiership with a tour of the UK's four nations, vowing to start rebuilding Britain at pace.
"Look, I'm restless for change," he told reporters yesterday.
"We've been planning for months and that means we can hit the ground running but it is not an overnight exercise changing the country.
And speaking from Downing Street on his first full day as Prime Minister, he told this newspaper he is "proud" his Cabinet is representative of the real Britain and includes people who "didn't have the easiest start in life."
The PM revealed plans to visit Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales today and tomorrow, meeting the First Ministers of each nation before hosting a summit of regional metro mayors in England on Tuesday.
DELIVER
Labour holds all but one of England's mayoralties and Tory Ben Houchen, who has the role in the Tees Valley region, will also be invited to Tuesday's meeting.
