Both teams where considered by many to be play-off favourites after their transfer activity, however on this showing both will have to up their respective form if they are to achieve that prize.

Brackley deserved the victory, if only because of the organisation and desire they showed against their lacklustre hosts whose performance, for most part, was flat and predictable.
