WHERE TO SAY - MEMENTOS BY ITC HOTELS, EKAAYA UDAIPUR

I am thinking of that moment from a few days ago. It was 8am on a Sunday. I was seated by a lake on the outskirts of Udaipur. The sun peeked through the Aravallis sparking gold on the waters. The silence was broken only by the chirping of birds and swaying of palm trees. Laid out on a picnic blanket in front of me was a breakfast spread of seasonal fruits, muesli bowls, blueberry muffins, cupcakes, flaky croissants and Danish pastries. My butler, clad in a blue block print kurta and bandi, poured me a glass of fresh orange juice, as I watched geese waddle into the waters. Now, when I need a break, I find myself tapping this mental souvenir, which I collected that morning in Udaipur.

Mementos by ITC Hotels, Ekaaya Udaipur, many more memories like these. At the first property under the Mementos brand, you can sign up for yoga under the stars, bird-watching, nature hikes, outdoor movie screenings-no demand is too tall, the staff assures. "The property is spread across 60 hilltops. Point to the one of your choice, and we can design an experience," claims general manager Sandipan Bose.
