When the going gets tough, the tough get going – and when it comes to the royals, that means Princess Anne and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh!
They don’t exactly sing it from the rooftops, but behind closed palace doors Anne and Sophie are firm friends. The women paired up recently to host a reception at Buckingham Palace to support King Charles, who is undergoing cancer treatment.
Wearing colour-coordinated outfits, the two appeared in good spirits as they mixed and mingled with veterans in the palace’s grand reception room to mark the 70th anniversary of the end of the Korean War.
