We're nearly into October now and if you haven't already got a fitness regime underway, then this week my job is to help you create one.
Finding a fitness routine you enjoy can make a big difference

But one that you enjoy. That's the most important thing.

If you get to the end of your workout and think 'OMG, I hated every minute of that' then it's not for you. If you think halfway through that workout "This is flipping hard, but when it's over, you're swinging your hips, pumping your fists, and shouting 'Yeah, bring it on!' then it probably hit the spot.
