Has your wellbeing been impacted by your profession?
There have definitely been times during my career that my wellbeing has been tested. With all the amazing things that have come our way as footballers, there is also pressure. The time spent away from family, the judgement and fear of not being successful. However, this has also allowed me to learn when to switch off and get to know what works for me.
How do you prepare mentally before a match?
My preparation doesn't tend to change much. I like to prepare diligently through the week for a game day, focusing on training, recovery and eating habits. I like to ensure I am nourishing my body as best as I can, and using Boast supplements is the easiest way to get nutrients into my diet. I see it as part of my daily routine.
