Welcome to our Fall 2018 issue of Autostrada! Our cover feature for this issue is renowned supercar builder Christian Von Koenigsegg. Humble, brilliant, visionary, these are the three words we would use to describe Christian. We had the opportunity to sit down with Christian over lunch in Downtown Toronto to get to know the man behind the exotic machines that carry his name. He is incredibly personable and is eager to share his passion with everyone he meets, his long list of accomplishments now includes building the fastest production car in the world. On November 4, 2017, the Agera RS, at the hands of factory driver Niklas Lilja, managed a high speed of 457.94 km/hr on a closed off public road in Nevada. You might have noticed our new logo and cover design for this issue; this marks an evolution of Autostrada after almost 4 years in print. Our new direction will strengthen our community surrounding the magazine and reflect our dedication and commitment to capturing the passion, history & journey of all the incredible people we continue to meet through our publication. Keep an eye out for our upcoming Autostrada lifestyle product line that will be launched at the 2018 Canadian International Auto Show in February, we are excited to be able to share our brand with everyone who has supported us since we began this journey. We truly appreciate all the encouragement we have received from readers around the world; it constantly pushes us to find more passionate stories to share with you all.
