An independent and affectionate cat

Mientjie Kleinhans
The Norwegian Forest Cat

The Norwegian Forest Cat is slightly larger than the average cat and boasts a thick coat, which was originally meant for the tough and cold conditions of Norway. This cat has good survival instincts and is equally as happy indoors as outdoors.

You may find her climbing trees as an outdoor activity, as she loves to be outside and on higher perches. Maybe it makes her feel like a queen. This cat needs much space and an enclosed outside area where she can get exercise will suit her well.
